Senior Fire Consultant

Senior Fire Consultant – London & South East

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Fire Consultant to support our continued growth across London and the South East.

You will deliver a range of fire safety services across residential and commercial properties, working independently to manage inspections, assessments and client relationships.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments

Undertaking compartmentation surveys

Carrying out fire door inspections

Producing clear, accurate and professional reports

Providing practical fire safety advice to clients and stakeholders

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent qualification

Registration at Intermediate Tier or Tier 2 level with a recognised fire risk assessor register

Proven experience undertaking Type 1–4 Fire Risk Assessments

Experience with compartmentation inspections and fire door surveys

Strong technical knowledge and report-writing ability

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East

Desirable

Experience completing External Wall Fire Risk Appraisals (FRAEW/EWS) would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
