Local Plumbers (London) Ltd are looking for a Senior Gas, Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. 

We are looking for a highly skilled, reliable and customer-focused engineer who can work independently, diagnose problems confidently and deliver consistently high standards of workmanship. 

We cover a wide area across West London, South Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, working primarily in domestic properties and small commercial businesses.

The role 

As a Senior Gas, Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of gas, heating and plumbing work to a consistently high standard. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Boiler installations, servicing and maintenance 

• Boiler fault finding and breakdowns 

• Domestic heating system work 

• General plumbing - diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions 

• Working independently / as part of a team / providing support 

• Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship, professionalism and customer service 

About You 

We are looking for an experienced engineer who is: 

• Gas Safe Registered — essential 

• Fully qualified with 5+ years’ relevant experience preferred 

• Confident working independently and as part of a team 

• A strong all-rounder across gas, plumbing and heating 

• Honest, reliable and trustworthy, with a proven track record 

• Customer-focused, professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes 

• Efficient, organised and committed to delivering high-quality work 

Essential Qualifications & Requirements 

• Gas Safe Registration 

• Full UK Driving Licence 

• DBS Check required 

• City & Guilds and/or relevant NVQ qualifications
