Location: Crawley
Salary: £30,000 + Commission OTE £55,000 - £60,000
Hours: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
Full driving Licence required / Company Car or Car Allowance (up to £4,000)

Our client is seeking an experienced and successful Senior Lettings Manager to join their Crawley office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take responsibility for the overall management, performance and growth of the lettings business, while leading and developing a high-performing team.

The customer experience starts with you. As a senior member of the team, you will use your extensive lettings knowledge and expertise to provide professional, personalised advice and ensure every customer receives an exceptional level of service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lettings professional who can combine strong leadership and commercial awareness with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will play a key role in growing the business, developing the team and maintaining the high standards our clients and customers expect.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional lettings expertise to provide the best service to customers
• Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
• Driving high value sales/lettings through the office.
• Work closely with your team to ensure properties match tenants perfectly
• Manage your business’s profitability and drive business development
• Successfully list properties, advising landlords on achieving the best rental prices
• Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates.
• Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
• Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.
• Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.
• Keep up with market trends to become an expert in your field

The Individual:

• Experience in Estate Agency.
• Driven, passionate, and enthusiastic with a focus on delivering excellent results
• A self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  A genuine interest in helping people find their perfect home 
• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
• The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.

• A full and clean UK driving licence.
