Salary: £44,000 - £46,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity

Are you a commercially minded marketing professional looking to take real ownership of a UK marketing function? We're working with a well-established, global business to find a Senior Marketing Executive who can lead integrated campaigns, drive event strategy, and shape the brand's presence across digital channels.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you'll work closely with a collaborative UK sales team and a global Head Office. Events are central to what the business does, and we're looking for someone who is genuinely keen to deepen their event marketing expertise and make events work harder for the business.

If you're driven by results, thrive on variety, and want a role where your contribution is visible and valued - this could be the one.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaigns & Strategy

You'll plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and events - owning the full cycle from brief to results. You'll manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, tracking spend and reporting on performance to continuously improve ROI.

Social Media & Paid Social

You'll lead a structured social media strategy across organic and paid channels, managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta. A key focus will be driving event attendance and capturing leads pre- and post-event.

Email Marketing

Using HubSpot (or similar), you'll own end-to-end email marketing including strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance - always with GDPR compliance front of mind.

Events

You'll take ownership of marketing and promotion for trade shows, CPD events, webinars, and product launches. You'll manage the full event lifecycle - logistics, supplier management, and budgets - and evaluate performance and ROI post-event.

Digital, Agencies & Stakeholders

You'll coordinate website updates, maintain data accuracy, manage external agencies, and partner with the UK sales team to ensure marketing supports commercial objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with strong exposure to events
  • Proven track record running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and/or Meta with measurable results
  • Confident using email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred) including automation and segmentation
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience managing agencies and collaborating with head office or central teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
  • Data-driven and commercially focused
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning your work independently
  • A genuine desire to grow event marketing expertise
  • Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence required, with flexibility to travel and support events

The Package

  • Salary: £44,000 - £46,000
  • Pension scheme (5%)
  • Life cover
  • Income protection
  • Private healthcare
  • Hybrid working - 4 days in office, 1 from home
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Open to part-time (4 days per week) for the right person
