Senior Marketing Manager

About the company
An established, international B2B media and live events business, part of a larger global group, focused on the technology and enterprise infrastructure sector. The business runs a growing portfolio of senior-level international conferences and digital content reaching a large, highly engaged audience, with a current push to expand its events division across Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets.

Role responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and delivery for a portfolio of international B2B conferences, growing paid and VIP attendee numbers year on year
• Build targeted audience segments and craft messaging that speaks directly to different personas and stakeholder groups
• Partner with speakers, sponsors and industry partners on campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact
• Direct the production of marketing collateral and digital assets across every channel in the mix
• Hold full ownership of event marketing budgets and push the adoption of new marketing tools and technology
• Coach and develop junior marketers within the team
• Report performance against KPIs to senior leadership, including post-event reporting and analysis

Candidate background

• This role is not open to candidates without fluent Spanish or Portuguese, it is a genuine dealbreaker either way
• 6+ years' experience in B2B event marketing, ideally gained at a large conference or media business
• Track record managing paid attendee and sponsorship campaigns
• Excellent copywriter and communicator
• Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation and social platforms
• Commercially sharp, confident owning a budget and influencing senior stakeholders
• Open to regular international travel
