Job Title: Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Type: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week

Location: Office based, Warrington

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Rate of pay: £34,000 - £45,000 base salary depending on experience (Senior: £34,000 - £40,000, Principal: £40,000 - £45,000), plus market-leading uncapped commission; achievable to double your base salary by hitting target

The Opportunity
We're building out the team within construction and engineering, and looking for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to join a permanent-focused desk. Whether you're ready to step up into a senior role or you're already operating at principal level, you'll be joining a business that's serious about developing you further, all supported directly by our Senior Leadership Team.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process on live permanent vacancies, from brief through to placement
• Build and grow your own client base, developing accounts into long-term, repeat business
• Source, screen, and manage candidates through the process
• Win new business within your specialist market and grow your own desk
• Negotiate terms, manage offers, and close placements

Systems & Tools
You'll have access to a comprehensive suite of recruitment technology, including a full suite of sourcing tools and CRM, dedicated business development tools to help you identify and win opportunities faster, and AI-powered tools that cut down admin so more of your time goes into revenue-generating activity.

• Business Development – how to approach a new market, consistently win new business, and maintain strong fees
• Account Development – how to move clients to exclusive partnerships by focusing on real value and better hiring results
• Candidate Sourcing & Management – sharpening how you attract and add value to candidates, even where you're already strong

Desk
A blend of hot and cold, with live roles from day one, plus support from our Senior Leadership Team and existing client accounts. Generous ramp-up period, with a focus on getting you to target pace and commission as quickly as possible.

About You

• A proven track record in a 360 recruitment role, with a genuine billing history
• Comfortable managing your own desk end-to-end, from business development through to placement
• Driven, coachable, and ready to keep developing; whether you're stepping up to senior or already working at principal level
