We're looking for a Senior Process Technologist to join a busy and fast-paced food manufacturing environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract. If you thrive on seeing products move from concept to launch, enjoy working across multiple teams, and love solving problems, this could be your next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Process Technologist, you'll be the driving force behind bringing exciting food products to life.

Working closely with teams across NPD, Operations, Engineering, Technical and Production, you'll ensure products move smoothly from kitchen concept through factory trials and into full-scale production.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating factory trials, the next troubleshooting a process issue or presenting launch updates to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead factory, pre-launch and shelf-life trials.
• Ensure products are manufactured to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and critical paths simultaneously.
• Collect, analyse and communicate trial data with key stakeholders.
• Translate kitchen recipes into scalable factory processes.
• Support successful product launches from concept to customer.
• Review shelf-life and nutritional data and drive any necessary product improvements.
• Act as the go-to person for product trial and launch queries.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
• Support continuous product quality improvements across the product portfolio.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to take ownership and make things happen.

You'll likely have:

• Process Development experience within food manufacturing (ideally 2-3 years or more).
• HACCP Level 2 certification.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and project management abilities.
• Great attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
