Senior Project Manager-District Heating/Energy Projects

Home/Field Based covering London and surrounding area

£80K-£85K plus 15% Annual Bonus plus car/car allowance plus benefits

Do you experience of delivering District energy / heat network projects, including low-carbon heat technologies, and are looking for a permanent position covering a regional patch?

The role is a with a large national utilities infrastructure business with a superb reputation for professionalism and employer relations.

On top of the hands on project management tasks you will also be line managing and coaching a team of project managers and passing on your knowledge and expertise.

The role would suit if you are looking to cover a local rather than national patch, are looking to work for a professional organisation, looking for job security or for a company who can offer further medium to long term progression.

The Role

1. Full time, permanent home/field based role covering a regional patch for a large national utilities infrastructure business.
2. Hands on management of successful delivery of a portfolio of district energy projects.
3. Own commercial performance across the portfolio, including budget management and CVR forecasting
4. Line manage and coach a team of project managers

The Person

1. Strong experience delivering District energy / heat network projects
2. Commercial and financial management (including budgeting and forecasting)
3. Knowledge of Heat network Regulations
4. CSCS Card and ideally Project Management Qualification
5. UK driving licence
