This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PM/EA to take ownership of major residential-led developments, working closely with clients from project inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage residential development projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Delivering Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services
- Chair client, design team and project meetings
- Administer JCT contracts and development agreements
- Manage project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Identify and mitigate project risk
- Mentor junior surveyors and support APC development
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments
- Employer's Agent experience (ideal)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JCT contracts
- Excellent technical and commercial awareness
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
