Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to take a leading role on a major data centre project in Düsseldorf?

Join a privately owned international main contractor delivering high-value, technically complex projects across Europe. The business combines the scale and stability of an established contractor with the agility of a smaller organisation allowing decisions to be made quickly, without unnecessary layers of management.

You'll take ownership of a significant project scope, leading site teams and specialist subcontractors while maintaining control of programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships.

The company operates with a flat management structure and rewards performance. There are no rigid timelines for promotion, giving ambitious individuals the opportunity to progress into Project Director and regional leadership positions as the European business continues to grow.

Your role as Senior Project Manager will include:

• Leading the delivery of a major package or section of a large-scale data centre project
• Managing construction activities from planning through commissioning and handover
• Leading Project Managers, Construction Managers, engineers and site teams
• Coordinating design, procurement, commercial and construction departments

The successful Senior Project Manager will need:

• Experience delivering large-scale data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing projects
• A strong main contractor or specialist contractor background
• Previous responsibility for major construction or MEP packages
• Willingness to be based on-site in Düsseldorf
