Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a growing contractor who’s secured over £10m of new work and is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple planned maintenance schemes.
A major part of the secured workload includes a programme of 702 kitchen and bathroom replacements, so strong planned maintenance experience is key.
The Role
- Commercial management of planned maintenance programmes
- Major kitchens & bathrooms replacement programme – 702 units
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing works commercially from procurement through to final account
- Working closely with operational teams and senior leadership
- Supporting additional refurbishment and improvement schemes
What they’re looking for
- Project QS / Senior QS level
- Strong planned maintenance experience is key
- Kitchens & bathrooms / internal refurbishment experience highly advantageous
- Comfortable managing high-volume, programme-led works
- Strong procurement, subcontract management and cost reporting experience
- Design & Build experience advantageous, but not essential
