An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable Senior Property Manager to take responsibility of an exceptional flagship large residential development of luxury apartments and a team of more than 30 staff.  This is a high-profile role for a proactive, knowledgeable and dependable property professional with a solid track record of delivering outstanding residential property management services. You will initially focus solely on this prestigious development, with the potential to oversee further sites in the future.  Key responsibilities will include managing, motivating and supporting the onsite leadership team, taking primary responsibility for the delivery of a high-quality property management service, managing client relationships and maintaining effective communication with residents and key stakeholders, preparing, managing and monitoring service charge budgets, ensuring that all relevant service contracts are in place, identifying and overseeing planned preventative maintenance programmes, managing major works and ensuring compliance with Section 20 consultation requirements, conducting regular property inspections and producing detailed reports, reviewing fire risk assessments, water hygiene, lift engineering and other health and safety reports, preparing for and attending AGMs, client meetings and other resident or stakeholder meetings, and identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of their delivery.  The successful candidate will be an established Senior Property Manager with a solid, proven track record in residential property management or an accomplished Property Manager with substantial direct experience who is ready to step up, experienced in developer handovers, PPMs, fire safety, service charge budgets, compliance, major works and AGMs, knowledgeable about the relevant Landlord and Tenant legislation, Section 20 requirements and RICS and TPI guidance, and a confident and credible manager who can motivate, support and hold an established leadership team accountable.  You should be proactive, hardworking and solutions-focused, commercially aware, highly organised and capable of managing competing priorities, dependable, resilient and committed to making a genuine difference, and be comfortable operating within a prestigious, fast-paced and highly service-led environment.  TPI qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.  This role is available immediately!
