Hyperion Partners is delighted to advertise, on behalf of our client, an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and growing property management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager with a strong background in residential block and leasehold management who is looking for a role with genuine responsibility and progression.
The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a substantial residential property portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for clients, leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities

Full management of a portfolio of residential blocks and developments
-
Managing relationships with freeholders, RMCs, RTM companies, leaseholders and residents

Preparing and managing service charge budgets, expenditure and accounts
-
Managing contractors, suppliers and maintenance programmes
-
Overseeing planned and reactive works
-
Managing major works and Section 20 consultation processes
-
Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and health & safety requirements
-
Attending client meetings, AGMs and resident meetings
-
Dealing with escalated leaseholder and client matters
-
Managing insurance, compliance and statutory requirements
-
Working closely with accounts, surveying and wider property management teams
-
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational performance
About You
We are looking for an established Senior Property Manager with a proven track record within residential block and leasehold property management.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience working as a Senior Property Manager – essential
-
Strong residential block management experience
-
ATPI or MTPI qualification – essential
-
Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge management
-
Proven experience managing a sizeable residential portfolio
-
Experience with Section 20 and major works
-
Confidence dealing with RMCs, RTMs, freeholders and leaseholders
-
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
-
Strong financial and organisational ability
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
A professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
