You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, where your input genuinely shapes project outcomes and commercial strategy.
The Role
- Take full commercial responsibility (design & build, self-delivery model)
• Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors from pre-construction through to final account
• Lead CVRs, forecasting, and cost reporting for the site
• Work closely with delivery and design teams to ensure smooth progress and cost control
• Provide technical insight and commercial leadership across the wider project team
What they’re looking for
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
• 7–10 years’ experience with a Tier 1, 2, or 3 main contractor
• Experience acting as the No.1 commercial lead on site
• Technically minded, detail-driven, and confident in problem-solving
• Background in self-delivery or mixed-use D&B projects preferred
• Not from a traditional housebuilding background

- Salary up to £100,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
