Ceto Talent is supporting a leading infrastructure consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering major projects across rail, highways, utilities, energy, defence and aviation.

Experience Required

  • Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management within infrastructure, construction or the built environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, contract administration, change control, risk management and commercial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Experience supporting procurement and commercial governance activities.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Membership of, or working towards membership of, RICS, CICES or a similar professional body would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
  • Manage cost, change, risk and contractual performance across a varied project portfolio.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive commercial support and advice.
  • Support procurement, forecasting, reporting and contract administration activities.
  • Contribute to commercial governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and develop colleagues within the commercial team.
  • Work with senior leaders to strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities.
