Role

The role of the quantity surveyor within this organisation is to approve payments, forecasting and preparation of CVRs, in addition to completion of final accounts. This is a full-time staff position based in Durham offering flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Experience Required

Robust commercial reporting, a positive attitude, ability to provide guidance to junior colleagues and support to the commercial manager. The ideal applicant will have NEC contract knowledge and experience within a civil engineering main contractor, ideally with additional exposure in the water sector.

Remuneration

Up to £75,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance and other package benefits.
