A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to hire an intelligent Senior Quantity Surveyor as it seeks to strengthen its London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based a short walk from London Liverpool Street, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time, as the London Quantity Surveying team has secured several new projects, including a high-profile film studio development.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver a large-scale studio development while also leading their own projects, supported by the wider Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Preferably MRICS
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
  • Experience of working across a diverse range of project sectors
  • Pre and post contract knowledge
  • A track record of leading projects from inception to completion
  • Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
