Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Infrastructure (Contract)
Glasgow | £600-£650 per day (Inside IR35) | Umbrella Company | Long-Term Contract

A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major water upgrade project in Glasgow.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of multiple subcontract packages, managing the full commercial lifecycle from procurement and contract award through to final account. Working within an established project team, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring successful package delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end subcontract package management
• Commercial administration and contract management (NEC)
• Cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects
• Candidates looking for the top of the rate will need extensive water experience
• Strong subcontract package management experience
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC)
• Live within a reasonable commute of Glasgow

Contract Details:

• £600-£650 per day
• Inside IR35
• Paid via umbrella company
• Based in Glasgow
• 12-18 months
