Senior Quantity Surveyor

Join a RICS Chartered multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will manage cost management commissions across commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, heritage, community and residential projects, with a clear progression route towards Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to final account
• Prepare cost plans, tender documentation and procurement advice
• Administer contracts and commercial reporting processes
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors
• Deliver quantity surveying services on projects up to £40 million

Requirements

• MRICS qualified or eligible via the experienced route
• Minimum two years' post-qualification quantity surveying experience
• Consultancy or PQS background preferred
• Experience preparing cost plans and tender documentation
• Ability to manage projects independently

Salary & Package

• £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
