Senior Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor (Recladding projects) – East London

Salary/Package: £75,000 - £95,000 + benefits (permanent) | £400 - £450 per day Outside IR35 (contract)

O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with an established main contractor heavily involved in fire remediation and recladding projects across the residential and healthcare sectors. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support the delivery of projects across East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a business with a strong focus on building safety, remediation and recladding works.

Previous fire remediation or recladding experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The client is open to candidates from a broader main contracting background who can demonstrate strong commercial management experience and the ability to take ownership of project commercial responsibilities.

The business needs someone to join at short notice and is therefore open to both permanent and freelance appointments. For candidates seeking a permanent position, a competitive salary and benefits package is available. Alternatively, the client can offer a long-term ongoing freelance contract, with payment through a Limited Company, Outside IR35.

The role will be split between Blackhorse Road and Barking, with some flexibility to work from home once established within the business.
