An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected construction contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment, heritage and restoration projects across London.

Working on prestigious buildings including historic landmarks, listed properties and complex refurbishment schemes, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing commercial performance while supporting the delivery of exceptional projects.

This position offers the opportunity to develop within a stable and growing business, with clear progression routes and involvement in some of the capital’s most unique construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of refurbishment, restoration and heritage projects.
• Oversee cost control, valuations, variations, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review tenders, subcontractor packages and procurement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Provide commercial advice throughout all project stages.
• Support the successful delivery of projects to budget, programme and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
• Strong background in refurbishment, heritage or restoration projects.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work autonomously.
