Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor who is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team based in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work as the commercial lead on a public sector development (£10m).

The Package:
- Basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
- Company Car (EV / Hybrid / Petrol or Diesel) or Allowance (£5,000)

Responsibilities:
- Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects £5m - £50m
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs

Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor ranging from £10mm - £20m.
