About You!
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our General Engineering team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
- Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
- Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within one of the engineering sector.
- Ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High energy, self-motivation, and a results-first mindset.
- Understanding of the engineering talent market and key industry trends.
