Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing industrial team, specialising in industrial recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the temporary recruitment market and is ready to join an already busy industrial desk.

While experience within industrial recruitment is highly desirable, we are also open to candidates with strong recruitment experience from other temporary sectors who are looking for the next step in their recruitment career.  There is also a clear progression route.

The Role

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary industrial roles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Taking job bookings, sourcing, interviewing and placing drivers
• Ensuring compliance with driving and regulatory standards
• Actively identifying qualified leads to convert to clients
• Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota, taking and filling bookings outside normal office hours

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
• Early finish of 15:30 on Fridays

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience within the temporary market
• Ideally experience in driving or logistics recruitment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with out-of-hours on-call responsibilities

What’s on Offer

• Salary of £33,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
• Commission paid at 10%
