The Role

As Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with solicitors, probate practitioners, financial advisers and other professional introducers across the UK.

You'll act as the face of the business, building trust with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and generating high-quality referrals. This is a consultative, relationship-led role where credibility, professionalism and outstanding communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow a network of solicitors, probate professionals, financial advisers and other referral partners.
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive relationship management and networking.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events and networking functions to raise the profile of the business.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce the company's specialist probate and estate services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey from instruction through to completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining regular contact with existing referral partners.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key introducers to maximise long-term business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and business development opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Keep up to date with developments within the probate, legal and estate sectors.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Relationship Manager or Business Development professional who thrives on building trusted partnerships and developing long-term commercial relationships.

You'll be naturally engaging, commercially minded and confident meeting senior professionals.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Proven success in relationship management or business development.
  • Experience working with solicitors, legal professionals, financial advisers or other professional service organisations would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and become a trusted adviser.
  • A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivation, resilience and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
