Senior Remanufacture Technician

CSS Recruitment are currently hiring for a Senior Remanufacture Technician in Colchester.

Our client is looking for someone who has a strong knowledge in electronics and preferably experience within the automotive industry. 

This is a hands-on technical role within a high-quality engineering environment. 

The Role:

- You will advise, supervise and instruct colleagues in technical remanufacturing processes and ensure documentation is updated.

- Contribute to a safe, tidy and organised work space.

- Test and diagnose customer-returned automotive electronic components using in-house developed test software.

- Accurately identify faults at unit and PCB level.

- Use specialist equipment and machinery to dismantle electronic assemblies.

- Remanufacture and restore electronic components to full functional and quality standards on PCB level. 

- Perform end of line testing to ensure all units meet the companies quality and performance requirements. 

- Work closely with other engineers and further improve team knowledge. 

Further in-house training is provided alongside personal and professional development.
