We are recruiting for a qualified Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable, family-run automotive service centre located in Guildford, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking to advance their career within a professional workshop environment. Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Managing workshop bookings and work flow independently
  • Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers
  • Advising customers on required work and scheduling services
  • Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims
  • Maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy
  • Enhancing customer experience through attentive and proactive service
  • Handling all customer interactions independently
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
