Senior Site Manager - 12 month contract - Surrey / London

I am currently in need of a Senior Site Manager for a £6 million new build Padel Court project in Surrey to an existing Leisure Centre. The project consists of 6 new build courts with works including demolition of an existing building and then groundworks, piling, foundations, and frame so it is external focused with a standard fit out of the courts. The project is live from mid-September and is due to run for 12 months.

The Candidate - must be capable of operating standalone and report into a visiting contracts manager on progress. Duties wise you must be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS-Black card & First Aid qualified.

My client is looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate by mid September.
