• Position: Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Development location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire  
• About the development: 171 unit ‘new build’ housing development. Phases 2 & 3 new build residential development comprising 171 homes (mix of houses and apartments) built to the highest standards of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.

Site Manager or Senior Site Manager working on a brand new ‘new build’ housing development with a further 2.5 years’ worth of work ahead. Responsible for delivery of a 171 unit ‘new build’ housing development. Phases 2 & 3 new build residential development comprising 171 homes (mix of houses and apartments) built to the highest standards of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. 

Site Manager or Senior Site Manager – About you:

Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size. 

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
