Senior Site Manager – Internal Fit-Out

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a major construction project, with a strong background in internal fit-out and finishing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the project through the finishing stages, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience managing internal fit-out and finishing trades.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously.
• Competent user of Asta Powerproject, with a good understanding of programming and sequencing.
• Ability to drive and manage short-term programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Strong experience managing the supply chain, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge and drive subcontractors to deliver.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality and programme requirements.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required.
