Senior SIte Manager in Speke, Liverpool

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established main contractor delivering industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure projects across the North West. The first project is likely to be Merseyside based.

You will take responsibility for the delivery of projects valued at £4m–£6m, supported by a Site Manager and Site Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for site delivery and day-to-day site management.
• Managing and monitoring the construction programme.
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Reporting progress and programme updates to senior management.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Liaising with the wider project team, client and consultants.

About you:

• Strong main contracting background.
• New build 
• Proven experience managing projects around £5m in value.
• Confident taking overall responsibility for project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and progress reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience within industrial, warehouse, retail, leisure or similar commercial projects is desirable.

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
