Senior Site Manager – Main Contractor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a residential development in North West London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of two RC Frame residential apartment blocks, comprising 97 units in total.

Role responsibilities:

• Overseeing the construction and delivery of two RC Frame residential blocks.
• Managing a total of 97 residential units across both blocks.
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams and day-to-day construction activities.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
• Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team.
• Maintaining strong health and safety standards throughout the development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential construction.
• Strong RC Frame experience.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Proven ability to manage residential apartment schemes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
