Senior Site Manager - Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire Area
£70,000-£80,000 + Package
We are working with a well-established national housebuilder who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand-new phase of a successful development.
The new phase will consist of approximately 236 traditionally built units, offering the opportunity to join right at the beginning and take real ownership of the site as it progresses.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced housebuilding professional looking to join a respected developer with a good regional reputation, solid pipeline and long-term prospects.
The role will include:

• 
  Managing the day-to-day running of the development
• 
  Overseeing subcontractors and site teams
• 
  Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards
• 
  Working closely with the wider construction and commercial teams
• 
  Ensuring homes are delivered on time and to a high standard

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager with a proven background in volume housebuilding and strong traditional build experience.
Salary £70,000-£80,000 plus a competitive package.
