Senior Site Manager
Senior Site Manger required for new 6 storey Hospital Building in High Wycombe.
It’s a modular build, but modular experience not essential. More so, looking for someone with a Carpentry background who can be out on site making things happen.
Early stages, roughly 18 months of work
Looking for applicants who:
- Have a Carpentry background
- Are local, from the surrounding area
- Have previously worked as a Senior Site Manager
- Are able to build rapport and communicate well at all levels
- Able to take ownership of all aspects of the site reporting to the Project Manager
- Ensure Health & Safety is of the highest standard
- Motivate the team to meet deadlines and deliver within programme
- Up to date SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
