SITE MANAGER – GROUNDWORKS

Bromsgrove | £300-£330 per day | CIS | Immediate Start | 2 Weeks

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a short-term freelance assignment covering two live sites in Bromsgrove.

The projects involve groundworks packages on new Aldi developments, so we need someone confident managing busy civils/groundworks operations and subcontractors on site.

The Role
  • Managing day-to-day site operations across two local sites
  • Overseeing groundworks, drainage, external works and associated civils
  • Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards
  • RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site paperwork
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
  • Liaising with the project team and client
Requirements
  • SMSTS – Essential
  • CSCS – Essential
  • First Aid – Essential
  • Strong groundworks/civils experience
  • Previous Site Management experience
  • Ideally experience delivering retail/supermarket groundworks packages
  • Available immediately / at short notice

Location: Bromsgrove – 2 sites
Duration: Approx. 2 weeks
Rate: £300 per day CIS
