TSR are recruiting for an experienced site senior site manager within a commutable distance to Mansfield, on behalf of an established construction main contractor. Due to significant growth and project wins, the requirement for an experienced Senior Site Manager has become available, to deliver a £12m multiroom accommodation project in Mansfield incorporating traditional brick and block, along with steel frame.

The Role

• Number 1 Site manager on a £12m new build project
• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day to day activity
• Programme management

The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Demolition experience preferred
• Steel frame new build experience
• Good communication skills
• IT Literate
