Our client, a reputable Land Rover dealership in Horsham, is seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. This role offers the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped facility, providing a varied and technically challenging workload, including servicing, fault diagnosis, and warranty work on premium vehicles.

  • Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000, with an annual bonus of £6,000 to £10,000

Duties of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Manage your individual workload from pre-delivery inspections through fault finding and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, including significant jobs like timing chains on Land Rover vehicles
  • Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs using specialist tools and JLR equipment
  • Assist with warranty and technical diagnosis tasks
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and technical quality within a team environment
Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Level 3 or Level 4 qualified automotive technician
  • Approximately five to seven years’ experience working on Land Rover or similar premium vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on experience in a main dealer or specialist environment
  • Experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems such as TOPIx
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude as the Senior Vehicle Technician
