We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join their established automotive business in Warwickshire. This is an exceptional Senior Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced technician seeking a position with autonomy and responsibility within a modern workshop environment. The successful individual will be responsible for a wide variety of mechanical and electrical repairs on prestige vehicles, working independently as the sole technician in the workshop.

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Prepare vehicles to a high standard for sale, ensuring all work meets quality standards
  • Conduct a broad range of mechanical and electrical repairs including wiring, clutches, brakes, suspension, and infotainment
  • Undertake complex repairs such as head gaskets, timing belts, and seat replacements
  • Perform routine servicing, inspections, and general vehicle maintenance
  • Diagnose faults accurately and determine suitable repair strategies as a Senior Vehicle Technician
  • Manage own workload efficiently, maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Provide exceptional technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a focus on mechanical and electrical diagnostics
  • Confident in carrying out repairs across various vehicle systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload autonomously
  • Hard-working, reliable, and responsible, with a pride in quality work
  • Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience working on prestige vehicles is advantageous
