A well established not for profit organisation is in the middle of a significant programme of change and transformation, rethinking how it works, the technology it runs on and the experience it gives to its people and the communities it serves. This is a genuine chance to get involved at the moment the big decisions are being made, and to see your work make a real difference.

As a Senior Business Analyst you will join a growing BA team at the heart of the technology programme. You will work right across the organisation, getting under the skin of how things really work today, challenging what does not add value and designing the processes and systems that will take it forward.

What you will be doing

• Turning a deep understanding of business needs and end to end processes into clear, testable specifications that drive design and build.
• Leading current and future state process mapping and requirements gathering with experts from every part of the business.
• Bringing fresh ideas on how the Business Analysis function operates, and helping to set its standards.
• Working with third party suppliers to make sure what is delivered is what the business actually needs.
• Coaching and quality assuring the work of more junior analysts.

What you will bring

• A strong track record across software implementations, integrations, configuration projects and system rollouts.
• Experience in fast paced, high performing change delivery environments.
• Confidence producing specifications, including data requirements, process flows, user interface changes and user stories.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage expectations, scope and resistance to change.
• A value first mindset: you frame requirements around outcomes, not just features.
• Desirable: BCS Business Analysis Foundation or Diploma, PMI-PBA, and experience of PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile.
