A great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of IT Help Desk experience or someone with proven Customer Service skills and a passion for (and ideally qualification in) I.T.
Working on-site for a leading and expanding business in Hatfield, Herts, you will play a key role in dealing with 1st Line IT related issues from users and customers.
This will include:
- Providing support for a wide variety of software solutions, including Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Office 365 along with bespoke systems.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and support on a variety of hardware solutions, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, desktop and label printers, scanners and other systems.
You will have exceptional inter-personal skills, be based in sensible commutable distance from Hatfield, Herts and be comfortable being on-site 5 days per week 8am until 4.30pm
A starting salary of up to £28,000 plus benefits along with great training and a career pathway into 2nd line support and beyond is available for the right candidate.
