Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and process small parts orders from customers and issue invoices.
- Process sales orders from contracts managers (register order, create quote where required, complete order acknowledgement, issue delivery note and invoice)
- Processing service and maintenance cases on bespoke system
- Processing RMAs (Returned for repair, warranty, or service)
- Book out stock against contracts where applicable and assist with stock keeping precision
- Investigate queries from customers through to resolution
- Highlight improved working systems
- Taking responsibility of errors, resolving, or escalating where required
- Contributing towards continual data accuracy
