Service Administrator

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their clients team in Wrotham Heath within Coffee Industry! 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineer visits for installations, services, and breakdowns.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer service calls and enquiries.
• Liaise with engineers to maximise efficiency.
• Process service reports and parts orders.

Personal Requirements - 

• Experience in a Service Coordinator/Scheduler/Administrator role.
• Ideally have experience within the coffee/hospitiality industry. 
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Confident under pressure with good IT knowledge.

Salary -  £28k - £32k depending on experience
