- Supporting warranty work and timing jobs to meet dealership standards
- Previous experience in an automotive administration or service department role
- Experience with Kerridge DMS or equivalent automotive management software
- Understanding of warranty procedures and retail timing processes
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional and proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Motivated to enhance knowledge and skills within the automotive sector
