Service Advisor 

We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Advisor to join a friendly, independent garage with a close-knit team of four technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers, keeping the workshop organised and taking ownership of the day-to-day service desk. You'll be the main point of contact, looking after everything from booking work in to ordering parts and keeping customers updated.

The Role:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers.

• Handling service enquiries and booking vehicles into the workshop.

• Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers.

• Managing the day-to-day running of the service desk.

• Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs.

• Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate.

• Supporting the technicians and keeping jobs running smoothly.

What's on Offer:

• £30,000–£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm.

• No weekend working!

• Pension scheme.

• Garage closes between Christmas and New Year.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience.

• Someone confident communicating with customers and handling enquiries.

• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.

• A hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
