- As a Motorcycle Service Advisor, report to the Service Manager and deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales process.
- Promote servicing, repairs, clothing, merchandise and accessories to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer retention and business growth.
- Maintain parts stock levels against delivery notes and store parts correctly.
- Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs to support efficient workflow.
- Process customer payments and invoices accurately.
- Manage walk-in customers professionally and exceed their expectations.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably within high-end motorcycles, automotive aftersales or related brands.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles and two-wheeled products.
- A full UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
- A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but not essential.
- The successful Motorcycle Service Advisor will be customer-focused, commercially aware and confident working in a busy dealership environment.
