Duties expected of the Service Advisor:
  • Interpreting customer concerns and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Greeting customers and booking service appointments efficiently
  • Estimating repair times and costs
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Tracking vehicle progress through the workshop process
  • Providing excellent customer service to promote customer satisfaction
  • Communicating effectively with the workshop team and customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a main dealership
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop procedures
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
  • A proactive approach to contributing to team success and dealership growth
