We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join a well-established dealership in North West London. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to elevate their career within a reputable and supportive organisation.

  • Monday to Friday working schedule from 8am to 6pm

Duties of a Service advisor:
  • Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service needs in a professional manner
  • Provide clear and detailed explanations of the required work, preparing precise job cards as a Service advisor
  • Manage service schedules, coordinating with workshop technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced promptly
  • Upsell additional services and maintenance work where appropriate, maximising workshop revenue
  • Maintain excellent customer relations through consistent communication and progress updates
  • Ensure all service documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements of a Service advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or equivalent role within the motor trade
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and technical terminology is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative duties
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in building rapport with customers and team members
