We are representing a reputable dealership in Brighton, East Sussex, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic automotive aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their career within a well-established dealership environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £32,000 per annum
  • Uncapped OTE up to £38,000
  • Full-time permanent contract, 42 hours weekly

  • Overtime and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Book MOTs, scheduled services, and repair work for customers efficiently
  • Advise customers on warranty cover and identify opportunities to upsell parts and accessories
  • Coordinate with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments
  • Manage high volumes of customer interactions in person and via phone
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding turnaround times and job progress
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership systems
  • Build rapport with customers to deliver a first-class service experience
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of dealer management systems such as Kerridge or ADP is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Energetic, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Genuine interest and passion for cars and the automotive industry
