We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable main dealership in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Duties:
  • Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
  • Manage parts enquiries and ensure accurate parts ordering
  • Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate vehicle repairs
  • Provide service updates and advice regarding vehicle progress
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, and parts orders
  • Ensure an efficient flow of information between customers and the workshop to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements for the Service Advisor position include:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in a motor trade environment
  • Strong customer-facing skills and professional attitude
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Basic automotive knowledge, particularly regarding parts and repairs
  • Proficiency in relevant dealership software (e.g., parts management systems)
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
