Our client, a reputable motor trade dealership based in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dedicated team. This role offers a rewarding career within a well-established business known for its excellent customer service and staff development.

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Handling inbound bookings for vehicle repairs and MOTs
  • Updating customers on vehicle availability and pricing
  • Checking customers in and informing them of scheduled repairs
  • Assisting the Aftersales Manager and wider team to improve customer satisfaction
  • Administering customer information and repair details onto dealership software systems
  • Contributing to the administration of the service department
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive aftersales sector
  • Excellent communication skills and a helpful, friendly manner
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team and build rapport with customers
  • Knowledge of dealership industry standards and processes is advantageous but not essential
